Safwan Fallatah  also known as Mista Safwan, is a music producer, photographer and filmmaker. He was born in 1993 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, raised in Yanbu up until graduating high school and is currently based in Jeddah. Safwan grew up with a love for music inspired by artists such as DJ Quik, Prince, Daft Punk, George Clinton, Dām-Funk and others. 
 
In 2012 he started producing his own music. Exploring genres such as G-Funk, Lo-fi, French House, Modern Funk, 90s East Coast Hip-Hop and expanding musically even further by collaborating with local and worldwide musicians such as Oceanside85, Pappa Larsz, LemKuuja, M A R Iマリくん, Dimi Kaye, Mr. Wax and Ganxta Love. 
 
Safwan began his photography and filmmaking journey making short films and cover art for his music. in 2017 He started to learn about filmmaking and photography using his unique style to explore this artistic expression by working on different projects around Saudi Arabia. In 2020 he started to get into film photography and film processing, he uses different film formats such as 35mm, 120 film and 4x5 large format.
